This guide is designed to help you prepare for your wedding, ensuring that the experience is enjoyable, stress-free, and results in beautiful images that you'll cherish for years to come.

Fill out the contact with your date, venue, and a little about your vision. I’ll be in touch within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and share my wedding pricing guide.
We’ll hop on a Zoom, phone call or grab coffee to get to know each other, talk through your day - what you're dreaming up, what matters most to you, and how I can thoughtfully document it. This call is laid-back, intentional, and completely pressure-free.
To reserve your date, a signed contract and 25% non-refundable retainer are required (50% retainer if destination wedding). Once completed, your date is secured, and I’m fully committed to you and your wedding day.
Plan

Once your date is officially reserved, the planning process begins. My role during this stage is to support you behind the scenes — anticipating needs, refining details, and ensuring your wedding day unfolds with ease.
Using your responses, I’ll collaborate with you to create a photography timeline tailored specifically to your celebration. The goal is a natural flow, beautiful light, and a pace that allows you to be fully present — never rushed, never overwhelmed.
Day Of

By the time your wedding day arrives, we’ve already established a rhythm and a clear plan, allowing you to move through the day with ease and trust. My role is to document your celebration thoughtfully and unobtrusively — preserving not only how it looks, but how it feels.
From the first quiet moments of the day to the final celebration on the dance floor, I focus on the full story: the anticipation, the emotion, the subtle glances, and the fleeting moments unfolding between it all. Every image is created with intention, care, and an eye for what truly matters.
After
You’ll receive a curated preview of your wedding gallery within 48–72 hours, offering an early glimpse into the moments, emotions, and details from your day.
Your complete wedding gallery will be delivered within 90 days via a private online gallery. Each image is thoughtfully selected and edited to reflect a timeless, true-to-color aesthetic — ensuring your photos feel just as meaningful decades from now.
